[Spooky Month: Hollow Sorrows]

Never seen any of the episodes on youtube before and somehow I see it there before I find it here. Quite mysterious

Anyhoo, great job on the animation! Personally I feel like the story is much more polished in this particular episode, and works on tying up a bunch of lore from the previous ones. Its nice to have some loose ends tied up

Shoutout to the person that made the 3D truck 24:25. Looks downright fantastic how well it fits the rest of the film!

Gotta say, #9 was probably my favorite, but not by much! The ice looks amazing, as well as the cooking in #19! Nice job!

I enjoy your style of music. The slight amount of audio distortion sounds really nice.

Regarding the animation, glitch effect looks nice, as well as transitions between scenes. I'm curious what other techniques you were practicing, I am looking to get started on some myself but am trying to find a place to start :/

Hey GeneralBaker! thank you for listing the lyrics and the kind review. This project in particular I was trying to figure out how to use compositing to compliment the animation. So the glitch effect, static backgrounds from my editing/compositing software, as well as some features from Toon Boom that effect line quality and texture. I wasn't happy everything I tried out, the line boil features they added to toon boom were a bit too subtle for my liking, but I learned a lot of things I'd love to add to my arsenal to make my future work shinier.

I really like your digital paintings! They're hella vibing. I could easily see you making a couple of animation exercises with those. Best of luck.

I love the concept of the dragons! Its very creative compared to the usual death-bringing fire breathers, we need more like these!

A couple more in-betweens would make this a little more smooth, the start especially felt much too choppy, but that's just my opinion

I love this humor! Actually I love everything about it! The animation style, the background noises, characters, all of it was fantastic! The moment I saw the sticker he got gave me a laugh, and when I saw his door... poor fellow!
